Dogs are not permitted, unless they are certified disability assist dogs which are welcome with proof of certification.
Guests with undeclared dogs will be required to leave without refund.

Cost of damage to property will be recovered.

A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for excessively dirty rooms.

Noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum between 10pm and 7am.
No excessive drinking, parties or loud music at any time.

Speed limit is walking pace only.
One car park is provided per unit, additional cars (including visitors) must be parked in the car park at the entrance.
Cars must be parked entirely on your site.

We have a limited power supply, guests may only charge vehicles between 10am and 2pm at a max 10 amps.
Power site hookups are not to be used for charging EVs.
